Email Campaigns Overview

AGENTVIEW’s email campaign tool is a valuable asset for real estate agents, as it allows agents to efficiently reach and engage with potential clients and existing leads through personalized email campaigns. This tool enables agents to automate the sending of property listings, market updates, and newsletters, saving time and ensuring consistent communication. Agents can assess the effectiveness of their email campaigns, helping them refine their strategies and nurture leads, ultimately increasing their chances of closing successful real estate transactions.

 

 

Email campaigns can be setup and created in different ways. To begin the process of creating an email campaign, you must first create an email template or download a template campaign from the campaign library. To download a template campaign, click on the following:

 

 

Click on the “Email Template” option from the “Email Options” drop down menu.

 

 

From here you have the option to select an email campaign template to download and edit.

** Email template campaigns can be downloaded and customized to fit your strategies and audience.

The 2nd option to create a campaign is to manually create email templates and save them for your use. This option allows you to fully customize email to directly fit your nurturing strategy.


To create a custom email template, click on “New Email”. This option will open the “New Email Template Builder”. The builder will allow you to create and save the templates for use in your email campaign.

 

The Saved Template Emails option is where you will find all your download  campaign emails from the campaign library and your custom campaign emails.

 

Building your campaign

AGENTVIEW has made it simple to build and save email campaigns. To Build your email campaign, you will use the “Campaign Builder” form located on the left side of the screen. To create a new campaign perform the following:

-          Campaign Name: Here you will enter the name you wish to call your campaign. We recommend that you be strategic when naming your campaigns as you can individually assign contacts to your campaigns with separate start dates.

-          Select Campaign Interval: You can select the campaign in interval from the following options.

o   Once a week (Up to 6 weeks)

o   Twice a week (Up to 12 weeks)

o   Once a month (Up to 6 months)

o   Twice a month (Up to 12 months)

-          Select 1st Email: Here you can assign your first email from the drop-down menu.

-          Select 2nd Email: Here you can assign your second email from the drop-down menu.

-          Select 3rd Email: Here you can assign your third email from the drop-down menu.

-          Select 4th Email: Here you can assign your fourth email from the drop-down menu.

-          Select 5th Email: Here you can assign your fifth email from the drop-down menu.

-          Select 6th Email: Here you can assign your sixth email from the drop-down menu.

All emails are optional except the first email. This means you can create email campaigns that can contain from 1 to 6 emails. Once the campaign is created it till show on the “Campaign List” where you can click on the campaign and see the campaign details.

 

 

From the Campaign Details screen, you can see information such as:

-          Campaign Name

-          Campaign Status

-          Campaign Interval

-          Emails assigned to this campaign

You can also view who is assigned to this campaign and assign new contacts from your CRM Contacts to the campaign.
