Notification Settings Guide



This guide provides an overview of the notification settings in AGENTVIEW, including how to access and configure them to suit your preferences. Notification settings are managed on your account profile page through toggle options.


Notification Options

  1. Anniversary Email Notifications:
    • Toggle on or off to send anniversary emails to clients based on the anniversary date in their profile.
  2. Home Anniversary Email Notifications:
    • Toggle on or off to send home anniversary emails based on the move-in date in their profile.
  3. Comment Notifications:
    • Toggle on or off to receive an email when a comment is added to a contact’s profile.
  4. Meeting Notifications:
    • Toggle on or off to enable or disable appointment reminders.

How to Adjust Settings

  1. Access the Settings:
    • Log in to AGENTVIEW.
    • Click the Account Profile link on the left-hand side menu.
    • Scroll to the Notification Settings section located at the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Modify Preferences:
    • Locate the toggle options for:
      • Anniversary Emails
      • Home Anniversary Emails
      • Comment Notifications
      • Meeting Notifications
    • Toggle the desired options on or off.
  3. Save Changes:
    • Changes are saved automatically as you adjust the toggles.

Troubleshooting

  • Not Receiving Notifications:
    Ensure the desired notifications are enabled and check your email’s spam folder.
  • Emails Sent in Error:
    Review client data (e.g., dates) for accuracy and adjust settings as needed.
  • Missed Meeting Reminders:
    Confirm the reminder toggle is enabled and that calendar sync settings are correct.
