Phone Dialer Support Document

 

The phone dialer allows you to quickly browse through your contacts and dial the contacts home or mobile number without having to open each contact profile individually allowing you to quickly run through your call lists to stay top of mind with your clients. The phone dialer is accessible through the CRM Contacts page.


Once in your contacts page, the phone dialer access button is located on the top menu.


To access the phone dialer, simply click on the button to bring up the phone dialer app feature.

Cold Calling Scripts

The first thing you will notice, is that the phone dialer is equipped with pre-built cold calling scripts that you can utilize while on a call. This is a great way to quickly enter in a conversation and connect with the person on the other side of the call.


Dialer Overview

The dialer is designed to show you information about the call you are about to enter, by providing you with the contacts name, contact status and contact type.

You will also notice that you have the option of calling the contacts telephone number or mobile number.

Note* The call buttons will only be available if the contacts phone number or mobile number were added into the contact profile.

Making Calls

To initiate the call, click on one of the two call buttons. AGENTVIEW relies on your computer being tied to your mobile device to initiate calls. This allows you to make calls without having to add an additional 3rd party calling service. To tie your phone to your computer please click on the following link instructions.
