Creating an Open House Registry Page

Open House Registry Pages play an important role in youe open house event. Making sure you provide your visitors an easy and streamlined event is essential to making your open house a success. AGENTVIEW provides you with unlimited open house registry pages. Creating a registry page is simple and easy.

To start the process, click on “New Open House Registry Page”

Adding your image

To add an image, such as the picture to the registry page, click on the “Browse” button and select the image you wish to use.

Adding your property address

AGENTVIEW allows you to select from your address from an active transaction or manually input an address.

When selecting “Yes”, you will receive a dropdown menu where you can select from address saved transaction. Simply select the address you wish to use.

You can also manually type in the address by selecting “No” from the above dropdown menu. Once selecting this option, you can now manually type in the address of the open house event.

Thanks For Visiting Message

The Thanks for visiting message will automatically be sent to all the visitors who sign up to your open house event.

This is a pre-written email that is available, but you also have the option to edit the email to your liking.

** The email signature can be edited from your “Account Profile”

Once the information has been entered, click on the “Save Registry Page” button located on the top of the screen.
