  • Standalone devices (e.g., non-SIM tablets without pairing) will not function for this tool.

    • If the app is already installed, ensure it’s updated to the latest version.

  2. Pair Your Device:

    • Open the Phone Link app on your Windows device.

    • On your phone, download and install the "Link to Windows" app from the Google Play Store (for Android devices).

    • Follow the on-screen instructions on both devices to scan the QR code and establish the connection.

  3. Enable Permissions:

    • Grant the necessary permissions for SMS access, notifications, and contacts to ensure full functionality.

  4. Test the Setup:

    • Send a test message from the Phone Link app to confirm the connection.

Important Notes

  • Phone Pairing Requirement: Ensure your computer, tablet, or non-phone device is paired with your phone to access the messaging app.

  • Using Standalone Phones: If the device is not paired, access AgentView directly on your phone to send text messages.

  • Message Length: While most devices handle long messages automatically, keep texts concise to ensure compatibility with all carriers.

  • Privacy and Security: The tool does not store the content of your messages. The messages and history will be available through your SMS messaging app.

  2. Landing Page Links:

    • Ensure that links are generated correctly and included in the SMS body when sharing.

  3. Device Compatibility Issues:
