Creating Tabs For Contact Filtering

The new tab feature in empowers real estate agents to efficiently organize and manage their contacts. By creating customizable tabs, you can filter and save specific groups of contacts for better organization and quicker access. Whether you’re working with buyers, sellers, or leads, this feature allows you to tailor your workflow to suit your needs and stay on top of your client interactions.

Creating a New Tab


To create a new tab, locate the Add/Edit Tabs button on the toolbar of your Contacts Page. Clicking this button opens a pop-up window, allowing you to set up a tab by selecting from a list of Contact Types, such as Buyers, Sellers, or Leads, and Contact Statuses, such as Active, Inactive, or Pending. Once you have chosen your options, click "Create Tab", and the new tab will appear on your Contacts Page. Each tab acts as a quick-access view, letting you focus on exactly the contacts you need.

Deleting a Tab


To remove a tab you no longer need, click the Add/Edit Tabs button and find the tab you want to delete. Simply click the trash icon next to it, and the tab will be removed from your Contacts Page. This feature keeps your workspace clean and focused on the contacts most relevant to you.

Maximizing Efficiency with Tabs
