AGENTVIEW CRM allows you to create an unlimited amount of Open House Registry Pages to help you not only capture leads, but also create a connection with the people visiting your open house event. The open house tool will capture leads and also send an automatic “Thank You” email to your visitors with your information.

Open House Cards

Each open house card generated will provide you with the number of leads that are captured though the open house sign in page. You will also be able to:

·      Launch the open house registry page

·      Edit the open house registry page

·      Delete the open house registry page

Creating a new open house registry page

To create a new open house registry page, click on “New Open House Registry Page”
