Campaign Event Triggers

Email Campaign triggers is a feature that allows you to assign email campaigns to your existing and incoming contacts based on their contact type and contact status, whether it’s a new lead or existing lead in your database. This is a powerful tool because it allows you to create a strategic staged set of email campaigns that are automatically assigned as soon as a new lead is captured by the AGENTVIEW platform or an existing leads contact status or contact type is updated by the user.

Campaign Triggers can be accessed through the Campaigns tool located on the right-side menu.

Campaign Trigger Overview

To assign a new campaign trigger, click on the button “New Trigger”. This will initiate the New Trigger Popup form.

Here you can assign the following:

Trigger Name

The trigger name allows you to identify the purpose of your trigger event. Here you can use a name that resonates with the function of the trigger, in case you wish to use this event with other trigger types.

The following set of inputs create the trigger conditions. The event will be triggered when a new lead or an existing contact meet the conditions created in the trigger event.

5.     Closed

6.     Inactive

7.     Non Client

Then Assign this campaign

The third input allows you to select the campaign you wish to assign the two conditions previously selected.
