Agent Website – Setup IDX Iframe Link
Your real estate website serves as an indispensable asset, providing a centralized hub to showcase properties, attract leads, and establish credibility in the digital realm. By hosting listings online, agents can reach a wider audience and showcase properties with captivating visuals and detailed descriptions. Moreover, your includes tools for lead generation, allowing agents to capture valuable prospect information and nurture them through the sales process.
When you first access the setup for our agent website, you will be prompted to select between two options.
1. I will be using me own website
2. I will be using AGENTVIEWs agent website
Choosing option 1 will provide you with an iframe link code which you can insert into your own existing website. Choosing this option will allow you to capture leads from your own website and have those leads stored and saved into the AGENTVIEW CRM platform.
Choosing option 2 will provide you with a built agent website that is completely integrated with AGENTVIEW CRM and its tools. Choosing this option, AGENTVIEW will ask you to click on the "Acknowledge & Continue" button. From here you will be directed into your Agent Website Overview page.
Your next step is to click on the "Edit My Agent Website" button. You will be taken to the Agent Website Builder Settings page.
*Note: You can always come back to this section to modify or edit your IFrame link once its been saved.
Here in the IDX Iframe Link box, you can paste your Iframe Link provided by your MLS provider.
The Iframe link provided by your MLS provider will start with "Iframe" and end with "Iframe" as shown in the image above. Once the Iframe link has been pasted into the field. Click on the "Save Changes" button to save your updates.
To verify that your IDX Iframe link has been successfully updated, click on the "Preview My Website" button to launch your agent website. You will notice a "Property Search" link has now been added to your website.
Note*
To get your iframe link from your MLS provider, must have a registered MLS account and the MLS provider must support providing you with an iframe link.
Once the iframe link has been provided, simply copy the link from your MLS provider and paste it into the area provided on the registration form. After this step is complete, click on “Register IDX iframe Link” to register the link with AGENTVIEW.
This process will take a few seconds to complete and you will be directed to your agent website control panel where you can then edit and modify the page.
