Step 7: Test the Print Output

  1. Before printing the labels on actual Avery 5160 label sheets, we recommend testing the print output on plain paper. This ensures the alignment and formatting are correct for your printer and label sheets.

    • Simply print the .PDF file onto plain paper first.
    • Check the alignment and ensure that the labels fit correctly on the Avery 5160 sheets.
    • Adjust printer settings if necessary to ensure proper formatting.

Step 8: Print the Labels

  1. Once the alignment and formatting are verified, load your Avery 5160 label sheets into your printer.
  2. Print the labels from the .PDF file you downloaded.

Tips for Successful Label Printing

  • Printer Settings: Ensure your printer is set to print on the correct paper size and that the print quality is set to high for best results.
  • Label Sheets: Make sure you’re using the correct Avery 5160 label sheets for best results. You can purchase these from most office supply stores.
  • Test Print: Always do a test print on plain paper to avoid wasting label sheets.
