Managing your Transactions

 

Transactions are virtual files that allow you as a real estate agent to keep a record and also track the progress of the transaction as your working with your client. Transactions can be created within the clients profile and there is no limit on the number of transactions that can be created per client.

 

Members

 

All transactions can be handled individually or shared with other members, such as your Broker, Transaction Coordinator, or Admin. An invitee, does not need to have an AGENTVIEW account in order to access the transaction, they will be logged into a guest portal where they will be able to see and manage the transaction.

 

To add a member to a transaction, in the members section click on “Add Member”.

 

 


Once clicked, you will received a popup window that will allow you to add the member to the transaction.

 


 

** If there are no Team Members listed, please add new team members through the “Team Accounts” feature of AGENTVIEW.

 

Here you can select the team member that will be added, as well as the member role. Once the two options have been selected, click “Save and Send Invitation” to send the invitation to the new member.

 

Document Repository

 

Transactions Document Repository, allow you to keep a record of documents for record keeping.

 

 

 

To add a document, click on the “Choose file” button to select the document you with to upload.

 

Client Portal

 

As part of your transaction portal, you have the option to offer full visibility to your customers by inviting them to the Client Portal. This portal provides your client a customer friendly way to keep them updated with the progress of there transaction. As you close your milestones, the client will automatically be updated.

 


 

To invite your client to the customer portal, simply click on the “Invite to the Client Portal” button. Clicking on this button will automatically send an invitation to your client through email. It’s that simple.

 


 

This is an example of the Customer Portal the client will have access to. As mentioned before, when you close a milestone, the portal will automatically update the client in real time!

 

Milestones

 

When a new transaction is created, as part of the transaction, a set of milestones are generated to help guide you through out the transaction process. Each milestone will provide you with an general overview of what step comes next in the transaction process so you always have your bases covered.

 


 

A different set of milestones will populate depending on whether your transaction is a sale, purchase or lease. While managing your milestone, you can open or close your milestones and also add notes per milestone by clicking on the milestone heading.
